While utilising this website, personal information of yours may be either collected by us or provided by you, and you may also be required to provide Family Organiser with personal information about others for the purpose of utilising certain services offered by us (collectively, “Personal Information”). Family Organiser stores such Personal Information in order to provide services requested by you. If you require that we completely remove ALL data that we have stored, including your order history, please send a request to us at suzanne.vorster@gmail.com.

Use of Personal Information

Family Organiser will use any Personal Information solely for the purposes of providing products and services specifically requested by you, in order to contact you and in order to improve our service offering to you. We will not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties, other than the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider (Yoco) to process your card payment, and our courier partners (The Courier Guy and PUDO) to deliver it.

Basket and Cookies

This website remembers the contents of your shopping basket in your own browser so that it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The settings on your browser must, however, allow site storage in order to fully use the shopping basket.
